Fun, social, outdoor sessions to help you build on your strength and fitness in a non judgemental, supportive environment.
Fitness Programs run in 10 week blocks (breaking during school holidays) and are a fun way to meet new friends and have fun while exercising. Yes it is possible!
These fitness programs are for EVERYONE. Each session can be modified based on your fitness level and include a mixture of body weight cardio, strength with weights, circuit, boxing inspired movements, HIIT, plus so much more!

GLOW @ HOME - PRE-RECORDED WORKOUTS
At home, no equipment workouts
During Covid-19 my outdoor sessions had to move to online and therefore there are over 50+ workouts just waiting to be experienced over again and again!
The no equipment, at home workouts are for all fitness levels with different intensity options and modifications provided.
Sessions are cardio, strength or a mixture of both and delivered as either an express 25 minute session or full 45 minute workout.
This is a great option for those who can't make the live sessions, have a busy schedule or just want to workout in the comfort of their own home.
