​Hi, I'm Alicia. 

I'm the owner of Alicia Maree Fitness, a wife, mum of two, and someone who's passionate about helping women become stronger, more capable and more confident — while having fun and making friendships along the way.

I started Alicia Maree Fitness in 2019 because I wanted to create something different. A welcoming space where women of all ages and fitness levels could exercise without judgement, make genuine friendships, and actually enjoy working out.

Today, that small idea has grown into a supportive community across Lake Cathie and Port Macquarie, where women come together to challenge themselves, celebrate their progress and have plenty of laughs along the way!

I believe fitness isn't about chasing perfection. It's about having the strength and energy to enjoy life, keep up with your family, support your health as you age, and feel proud of what your body can do.
