No equipment needed – simply press play and get moving from wherever you are.

Train on your own schedule – videos are yours to access anytime throughout the week.
All fitness levels welcome – each session includes higher and lower intensity options so you can tailor the workout to suit you.

Bonus: Face‑to‑face sessions during term breaks
As an online member, you’re welcome to join any of my in‑person classes during term breaks throughout the year—at no extra cost.
